Connect with the Resideo App
Here’s how to use the Resideo app from Honeywell Home on your phone to connect your thermostat.
Step 1
Open the Resideo app on your mobile device (Need the app? Start here). Tap the menu button in the top right.
Step 2
In the menu, scroll down and tap on Find Rebates.
Step 3
On the Find Rebate screen, tap Connect to Save NC, then Sign Up. Verify your details on the Sign Up screen, then tap Submit.
Step 4
You should see a confirmation that your enrollment was successful. Tap Done to complete.
What Happens Next?
After you have signed up in the Resideo Smart Home app, you will receive an email from Connect to Save within 3-5 business days to confirm your enrollment. Having trouble? Contact us or call us at 844-577-7283 (Mon-Fri 8am-8pm).
