Connect with the Total Connect Comfort App
Here’s how to use the Total Connect Comfort app from Honeywell Home on your phone to connect your thermostat.
Step 1
Open the Total Connect Comfort app on your mobile device (Need the app? Start here). From the main screen, tap the blue Find Rebates button at the bottom.
Step 2
On the next screen, select the Connect to Save NC option.
Step 3
On the Sign Up screen, fill out the form with your information. When ready, tap the blue Submit at the bottom.
Step 4
You should see a confirmation that your enrollment was successful. Tap Done to complete.
What Happens Next?
After you have signed up in the Total Connect Comfort app, you will receive an email from Connect to Save within 3-5 business days to confirm your enrollment. Having trouble? Contact us or call us at 844-577-7283 (Mon-Fri 8am-8pm).
